Or perhaps you’re running a gospel project but could use some support? We’re here to help, sharing our song resources, rehearsal visits, and workshops led by experienced choir directors – everything you need to get singing.

Gospel choirs are brilliant for building inclusive communities. No music reading required, just energy, fun, and the uplifting power of gospel – which also fits beautifully into liturgy through gospel-style psalms and Mass settings.

Our workshops are fast-paced and fun. We know which songs lift spirits and have hundreds ready to choose from. Most importantly, our leaders bring laughter, encouragement, and good times – no scary challenges.

Live accompanists and “planted” experienced singers make the magic, but backing tracks work perfectly if budgets are tight. Workshops usually happen in churches or community spaces, and can even be great ice-breakers at parties.

If a workshop is the start of a choir, remember: no choir director, no choir. Get the right person, and the choir will follow.

Gospel Songbank

Over the years, we’ve built a collection of gospel songs, hymns, psalms, and liturgical settings sung in gospel style. This includes lyrics, sheet music, backing tracks, sectional audio for learning parts, rhythm tracks, and dance videos. If your choir’s goals align with our charitable mission, we can provide these resources on an ad hoc basis, with all necessary licence fees already covered.

A Guest appearance by Soul Sanctuary Gospel Choir

There’s nothing like experiencing a gospel choir in the flesh to really give the congregation a taste of what it’s actually like.

We would love to be invited to come and sing for you. If that’s in church, we are very experienced at working within structured liturgy, and we could provide songs, Mass parts and sung psalms.

Borrow a Soul Sanctuary Choir Director

We can arrange for one of our experienced choir directors to lead your existing church choir or music group – this can be tailored to your needs, whether you would like a single session to inspire and guide your singers or a series of sessions to develop skills, explore repertoire, and enhance ensemble cohesion.

Each session is designed to be engaging and practical, with a focus on improving vocal technique, harmony, rhythm, and performance confidence, while introducing gospel-style elements where appropriate.
